IRIS is a tool designed to integrate the technological potential of mapping and localization with the needs of high capillarity distribution networks. It enables 360° tracking of the last mile service, works as a tool for both street staff and supervisory staff, and it can also integrate its functions with OTM and Oracle IoT acting as an extension of these solutions. IRIS also integrates via web-services, CSV, XML, TXT, etc. with other solutions (ERP, CRM, WMS, etc.)

As a Stand-Alone Solution

  • IRIS can work as a Stand-Alone Solution receiving delivery orders from different external Applications such as:
  • CRMs
  • Order Management
  • ERPs
  • TMS
  • WMS

As an extension to OTM

  • IRIS integrates naturally with OTM extending the native capabilities of this TMS and expanding its scope to last mile delivery of use cases like:
  • Postal and Parcel Services
  • eCommerce
  • Retail
  • Very complex distribution networks

Mobile app features

The Mobile App, is a tool designed to facilitate a thorough and dynamic control, of the evolution of daily objectives.

  • All delivery personnel have a username and password assigned exclusively.
  • When identified, the user will be able to view only their daily objectives.
  • At any time you will be able to observe your management statistics.

Route and Stops

  • Within the application, you can see the optimized sequence of stops to be made.
  • The stop detail shows the number of packets to be delivered to destination and the data required for the POD.
  • By selecting the first stop the application begins to guide the route to be made.
  • The user interface is configurable according to the level of detail you want to show to the operator.

NAVIGATION

  • All delivery personnel have a username and password assigned exclusively.
  • When identified, the user will be able to view only their daily objectives.
  • At any time you will be able to observe your management statistics.

Detail of deliveries at stops

  • Each time delivery personnel arrive at their destination, depending on the business rules that are set up, you must confirm whether or not the parts are delivered.
  • The POD method to use is also a result of configuration. IRIS supports: photos, signature, barcode or QR reading, various event entry. It also supports integration into biometric validation systems. (They must be contracted separately with a provider of these services).
  • If you are not able to deliver the package, you can select the subject and take a photo, which will be instantly associated on the back end to the delivery line. This data is also transmitted to OTM if the business process so requires.
  • Once delivery is complete, the application automatically advances with delivery instructions for the next stop.
  • This cycle is completed with arrival at the last delivery point.

Each event performed in the arrival and delivery process is recorded in the service log. It is taken to set job statistics. In turn, the events selected in the configuration are transmitted to OTM associated with the order identifier so that it is registered.
